I do not see the equalizer in the Android app.

Device is crap, OTICON is crap. Who plays loud music during an instructional video? What a bunch of morons. Seriously.. Why do you treat the elderly so horribly, that's what I want to know?

Im trialing them and i do not like them at all. I prefer my opn 1iic over the intent 1s.

Although I see what you are doing here with no sound, the reason I have tried to get some guidance on this is because your booklets are hopeless and I googled how to pair things etc, my son is completely deaf in one ear, so has 2 different models of hearing aids, one for each side. And an edumic for his teacher at school. He is 6 years old, but I am not deaf at all and instead of being able to be helpful to him, i just got incredibly frustrated with your stupid videos, 0 out of 5 stars. Would 100% not recommend oticon to anybody! (Excuse the exclamation mark, you may not be able to hear it, but I mean it!)

I can't tell if the sound is feeding through the hearing aids, or if I am just hearing the TV. If that makes sense.

It would be wonderful if it actually worked. My wife creates an excessive amount of ear wax, and has profound hearing loss The hearing aid is an Oticon. I can't find an air vent, and there's no rubber dome to remove. Replacing the wax trap was the first thing I tried. The ear molds are not removable, you need a special tool, the receiver looks like it is inside the mold itself. I tried to fix it myself, she ended up needing a new ear mold. It is an Oticon The audiologist she went to retired, and closed his office. We went to several audiologists, non of them will even attempt to clean or repair them. We can't afford the ~$4,000 to replace them, they're rechargeable. What's going on? HELP! Evidently, no audiologist knows anything about this type of hearing aid, I find that incredible.

er all the years of having Menieres diseases and constant ear ringing , it is nice to sit in a quiet restaurant without anything bothering me. Even the fullness in the bad ear is hardly noticeable. And the constant ear ringing is gone.Took 4weeks ?thanks Dr Liam Ogbebor centre UA-cam channel for the tinnitus program and herbal ear drop treatment and I hope it stops for everyone else sooner. ..//()

To bad they are so horrendously expensive and thus not available for a wider range of people. They use now the same units with less features. You should find a way to make the technology available for a wider range of people.

Speaking from experience only having one volume control button is extremly awful, what they hell were you thinking?!! No in office battery replacement, no detachable wire from the costum ear mold (you have to send it to Oticon) - how are these supposed to be a step up from the Real ha?? This is extrem anti-consumerism here... I am very sceptical about the so called improvements in your DNN and 4d sensors since I am testing the Real 1s and their automatic noise suppression in complex hearing environments is literally making it impossible for me to actually use them as they make my listening experience much more miserable than not using the automatic suppression.

Guys I mean no disrespect, but I've learned very little about these hearing aids from this information. You can't fit the wrong speaker? umm.... great. we've minimised the less used controls on the app in the fitting software, but surely that's an app fitting update not the Intent itself? and now you've done that what if those settings are actually more useful for the audiologist and they don't look at them because you've made them harder to reach? The DNN 2.0... ok what does that do as compared to the DNN on the Reals? how do they sound? what's the latency like? They're smaller great but at the end of the day are hearing aids 1st not a fashion accessory. Can we get more information about what's different/improved from the Reals in real terms that we can understand rather than just the marketing? It may be as I'm totally blind I've missed a load of information you've put up on screen in this video which to be honest is a problem in itself, but some sound samples would be great as well as some more hands on experience. Thanks.

I used a pair of Oticon Real 2s for six months. Then, one of them died. I sent it off for repair by way of my audiologist, and got it back. It's just as messed up as before; Bluetooth doesn't work, the sound is all wrong, it's just useless. This thing is total trash. And the company treats you like an imbecilic child in that _it doesn't even let you disable the startup sound._ If you have used these damnable things, you know how loud and how long the startup sound is. And you may ask, _Why don't they let me turn this off in the app?_ And you will get no answer. My advice is to use OTC. Save your money, save your sanity, and go OTC.

I bought a set of Oticon Real 2s six months ago, and one of them just started triple-blinking in the charger. This means "System error" which means "You don't get to hear anymore". And yet I'm supposedly on the hook for paying another what, $2,500 for these tiny paperweights? Absolute garbage.

Real supportive technology would be that after almost 5 years of Bluetooth technology, you've figured out a way for these hearing aids to connect to Android, PCs, and TVs without the additional cost of connectors. It's absolutely ridiculous! I will not buy an iPhone just for my hearing aids! These unfortunately are the only ones my insurance will cover through my audiologist and the adapters are not covered. I hate these hearing aids! DO BETTER OTICON!!!!
